Where Do I See This?
You can access Telegram communication from the Clients section in Apptofit.
After logging in to your Apptofit account:
- Go to Dashboard
- From the top menu, go to People → Clients.
- Each client record displays a Telegram icon next to WhatsApp Icon.
This icon is available for all clients with a valid mobile number and allows you to initiate a conversation instantly.
How It Works
When you click the Telegram icon for any client:
- Telegram opens automatically (web or app).
- The client’s mobile number is already linked.
- A pre-filled message with the client’s name appears.
- You simply click Open Chat and start messaging.
There is no need to save the client’s number, search contacts, or copy and paste details. Apptofit removes these extra steps and lets you communicate directly from where your client data already exists.
