Daily Report to Admins?

Apptofit automatically sends a Daily Report SMS to gym owners, giving a quick snapshot of the day’s key activities — without the need to log in. This feature helps owners stay informed about how their gym is performing, even when they’re away from the centre.

Time of Report Delivery

The Daily Report SMS is sent immediate NEXT Day at 10:30 AM automatically.
It includes real-time data recorded in your Apptofit dashboard up to that time.

What Information Is Included

Each daily report SMS provides a summary of your gym’s daily performance, including:

  • New Clients Added – Total number of members who joined today.
  • New Enquiries Received – Count of all new enquiries entered into the system.
  • Total Collections – Amount received from membership renewals, new sales, or payments.
  • Total Expenses – Any expenses recorded in the system for that day.

This gives you a clear picture of your daily business activity in just one SMS.

Who Receives the Daily Report

The daily report is sent to Admin Contacts added in your Apptofit account.
Super Admin can add up to three (3) admin mobile numbers to receive this report.

📩 Each admin contact will receive the same daily summary SMS at 11:30 PM.

How to Add or Update Admin Contacts

If you want to update or add new admin contacts to receive daily reports, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Apptofit super admin account.
  2. Go to Dashboard
  3. Click on your Fitness Centre name (available on the top right corner)From the drop down menu go to Edit Profile.
  4. Find the section labelled Admin Communication (For Daily Report).
  5. Enter up to 3 valid 10-digit mobile numbers.
  6. Click Save Changes.

That’s it — from the next day onward, the daily report SMS will be sent automatically to the updated numbers.

Notes and Tips

  • Ensure all admin contact numbers are valid and active.
  • Keep sufficient SMS balance in your account so the system can send daily report messages successfully.
  • The system automatically pauses daily SMS reports if your balance reaches zero.
  • If you don’t receive your daily report, verify that:
    • Your numbers are correctly saved under Admin Contact Numbers.
    • You have enough SMS credits available.
    • The numbers are not under DND (Do Not Disturb) restrictions.
