How to Recharge SMS Balance?

Recharging your SMS balance in Apptofit is quick and simple. You can easily do it yourself in just a few steps — no technical help required.

After Login:

1. From the top menu, go to Dashboard and click on General Dashboard.
2. In the first panel you’ll see your current SMS Balance displayed and a Recharge button right beneath it

Steps to Recharge SMS

1. Click on the Recharge Button:
   Just below your SMS Balance, click the Recharge button. This will take you to the SMS Recharge page where different recharge plans are listed.
2. Choose a recharge plan:
   On the recharge page you will see the available plans. Pick the one that fits your needs.
   For example:
   • 2,500 SMS – ₹599
   • 5,000 SMS – ₹999
   • 10,000 SMS – ₹1,799
   Decide how many messages you want and move to the next step.
3. Click the green “Recharge” button next to your chosen plan:
   Each plan has a green Recharge button. Click it to start the payment process.
4. Complete the payment:
   You will be redirected to the Razorpay payment gateway. Choose your preferred payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking) and complete the transaction. After the payment is successful you will see an on-screen confirmation and usually receive an email/receipt. The SMS balance in your dashboard should update automatically to reflect the new credits.
5. Verify and continue:
   Return to Dashboard → General Dashboard to confirm your new SMS Balance. If you plan regular campaigns, note your usage so you don’t run out unexpectedly.

Troubleshooting Tips

If your SMS balance doesn’t update immediately after a successful payment:

• Refresh your dashboard or log out and log back in.
• Check if the payment was successful on your bank side.
• If still not updated within 15 minutes, contact Apptofit Support with your payment transaction ID, payment screenshot, and the time of transaction — that speeds up resolution.
• For payment errors, try another payment method or check with your bank for limits and 3D-Secure prompts.
